The sides are constructed of fire-resistant fabric, while the floor is tiling made of wood with the front glass providing a panoramic view of the world outside. Each unit includes solar panels, a 200-amp battery system, and a WiFi router, with the option of adding dimmable LED lighting and an Alexa-enabled Sonos speaker.
