Sean Connery’s 1964 Aston Martin DB5 is Up For Auction

Ian Fleming’s James Bond series captivated audiences across the globe for more than several decades and the franchise continues into the 21st century with the same appeal it had at its inception. Along with the famous actors playing the iconic role of 007, are the famous cars, gadgets and beautiful women that graced the screens of this legendary movie franchise.

The late Sean Connery is perhaps the most well known of the James Bond 007 characters and he was the proud owner of this gorgeous 5-speed 1964 Aston Martin DB5 which is now up for auction and could fetch anywhere between $1.4M and $1.8M.

This iconic DB5 is in immaculate condition and its exterior is painted a beautiful snow shadow grey color which is accented by red leather seats. In keeping with Connery’s lifetime of charity, a significant portion of the proceeds from the sale of the DB5 will benefit the Sean Connery Philanthropy Fund.
